Washed out by my broken washing machine, I hopped online and found Sunset Appliance Repair for my washing machine repair in Bryant. I live in Los Angeles, so when I saw their great reviews, I figured I’d give them a shot. Honestly, no regrets. They were super prompt, arrived on time, no fuss.
The technician, Mark, was really knowledgeable. He took one look at my Whirlpool washer and knew what was wrong. Something about the drum and some other stuff I can’t really remember. Anyway, in less than an hour, my machine was humming along like new. I even threw in a load right after, just because.
What I really liked? They explained everything—sorta quick but still enough to understand what went down. Didn’t feel like I was being oversold or something. Just easy-going, reliable service.
